A simple, private path from profile to conversation.

GujjuJobs is not a job board. Candidates publish one verified profile; approved employers search for the people they need and can request contact details where the candidate allows it.

FOR CANDIDATES

Create once. Stay in control.

It is free, and you decide what employers see and when.

Create my free profile

  1. Sign up with your mobile number

    Enter your name and mobile number and confirm it with a one-time code. Adding an email address is optional. There are no passwords: every sign-in uses a fresh code.

  2. Build your profile

    Fill in personal details, your current or desired role, work history (or choose "I have no work experience yet"), education, skills, languages and job preferences. Suggestions help you type faster. For job titles, degrees, skills and tools, anything we do not list yet is still accepted.

  3. Add a resume, if you want

    A resume is optional. Upload your own file, or create a PDF resume from your profile. A created PDF does not include your contact details, date of birth, gender or salary. You can also add a photo.

  4. Choose your privacy settings

    In Privacy & Publishing, decide whether approved employers may request your mobile and email, and, separately, whether they may see your photo. Both start private.

  5. Publish and get discovered

    When your profile is complete, publish it. Approved employers can then find you in search. You can hide your profile again at any time, and it disappears from search immediately.

FOR EMPLOYERS

Verified profiles, reviewed companies.

Every company is reviewed before it can see candidate details.

Create employer profile

  1. Sign up with your mobile number

    Create an employer account and confirm your mobile with a one-time code.

  2. Complete your company profile

    Add your company details, location, contact person and registration information, and optionally a logo.

  3. Submit for review

    Our team reviews every company. Until you are approved, you cannot see any candidate details. If something needs correcting, we tell you what to change.

  4. Search and shortlist

    Once approved, search published profiles by role, skill, location, experience and availability. Save candidates to your shortlist with private notes.

  5. Request contact details

    View full profiles and download resumes. If a candidate allows it, request their mobile and email. Each request is recorded.

THE RULES WE KEEP

Privacy and access, explained.

Only complete, published profiles

Drafts and hidden profiles do not appear in search, and a profile that becomes incomplete drops out until it is fixed.

Only approved employers

Visitors and unapproved companies see no candidate details. A suspended company loses access immediately.

Contact details on request

Mobile and email are shown only if the candidate allows it, and only after the employer asks. Every request is recorded.

Photos stay private by default

A photo is shown to approved employers only when the candidate chooses that. It is not shown in search results or in resumes created from a profile.

Not on employer pages

Date of birth, gender and current salary are not shown on employer pages. A resume file you upload is shared exactly as uploaded.

Changes apply at once

Hiding a profile or changing privacy stops future access through GujjuJobs immediately. It cannot recall what was already seen, saved or downloaded.
